Jupyter notebook 5 #294

I upgraded to jupyer notebook 5 today and got this error when installing: 

[ExtensionApp] CRITICAL | Bad config encountered during initialization:
[ExtensionApp] CRITICAL | Unrecognized flag: '--sys-prefix'

Subcommands

Subcommands are launched as `jupyter_dashboards extension cmd [args]`. For
information on using subcommand 'cmd', do: `jupyter_dashboards extension cmd
-h`.
install
Install the extension.
activate
Activate the extension.
deactivate
Deactivate the extension.
Options

Is dashboard known to work with 5 or are we still on 4?

Still on 4 until I cut the release of the extension this evening. :)

Late in reporting back: the latest release should work with notebook 5.
