Added a small module for using ldap to authorize users

@parente Hey the last build on master is 8months old and I don't think my change is capable of breaking the build could you please take a look and see if master builds for you if you kick it off on travis? thanks

Kicked off master build. Regardless, I'm happy to merge this since it has nothing to do with the tests anyway.
