Github badge for NBViewer #46

Adding a simple Github badge for NBViewer here. I often include NBViewer and Binder badges in repos that contain notebooks, so I thought it might be useful to share.

I originally shared these badges in the nbviewer repo (see the conversation here). We thought it might be best to put the badge in this repo with other design items.

Looks good, merging and iterating since we already discussed this a bunch in https://github.com/jupyter/nbviewer/issues/714.
