Fix broken link in Welcome to Python.py #107

I'm guessing the link is supposed to be https://nbviewer.jupyter.org/github/ipython/ipython/blob/2.x/examples/Notebook/Index.ipynb, but I may be wrong

Oh, Thanks ! We haven't updated this in a while. We also probably want to find a notebook from a more recent version of IPython (which is now at version 6). But at least that fixes the link.
