"Developer Experience" initiative in docs working group #24

During the Lab weekly meeting, several pieces of feedback about where work under "developer experience" can go, and the Docs Working Group was suggested. We should make a formalized initiative for that here, see https://hackmd.io/Y7fBMQPSQ1C08SDGI-fwtg#November-8-2023 for notes.
