The examples repo has sample extensions with CI tests. We should hook these into the main Lab repo so that we know when examples break, from the main Lab repo (this way maintenance can be done earlier and more regularly...we can trigger CI runs on the examples repo on Lab main branch commits, or nightly, etc).
