The Foundations and Standards subproject (resulting of a recent merger) currently has no publicly visible repository or home, and in particular it has no Team Compass listing its active members, point of contact, etc.

All Jupyter Subprojects should have a public Team Compass with this information, and we recently noticed this didn't exist for F&S.
