Safely Download Malware for AV testing #251

Hello, I've been tasked with downloading active malware for our testing of new AV solutions. I want to make sure I do it properly so I figured I would ask for the best way to get the malware\binaries items to my Hyper-V. I'm logged into my virtual linux which will be our repository location. Since these are live viruses I wanted to be absolutely sure I'm collecting/downloading them in the safest way possible. Can some one please give me the proper way to collect the windows based viruses within the DB? I would appreciate it very much. Thanks, Don
