Installed Anaconda to PATH. I was told to do so against the installation instructions by a Udemy instructor. Already had a current Python Install from python.org on this machine under a different user. Opened Anaconda Navigator. Fine. Tried to Launch Jupyter Notebook from Anaconda. Auto Chrome browser tab opened with the pictured message. Tried updating Jupyter Notebook and attempted to launch in Firefox as well. Same thing. There is a brief redirect message on the page while it is loading that says something like: If this page doesn't load click here, tried clicking on that too while it was briefly on screen. I have tried to run jupyter notebook in the Anaconda Command Prompt and get the same thing. Error message has a token URL and a file to try pasting. Both return the same result. Although in a 8828 port instead of 8888. Windows 10. Chrome/Firefox
