Hyperlinks in Jupyter dont work on Chrome, they work on FireFox tho #516

Reproducing steps: In Jupyter: Save a for example pdf file in the directory of your notebooks. Click on it...In FireFox and Chrome, both, another tab gets opened to show the file. In FireFox successfully it shows the file but in Chrome it is a black page.
