RTD-like version selector #77

We just switched ipywidgets master over to this theme: http://ipywidgets.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html

Comparing with the stock RTD theme, though: http://ipywidgets.readthedocs.io/en/stable/index.html

We're missing the very handy box in the lower left allowing you to change versions, download pdf, etc.

Are there plans for enabling something like that? Or should we not be using this theme on readthedocs?

Never mind! I just found that same selector, but now in the bottom right. It's still styled dark, unfortunately, but at least it's there.

Maybe we can look into styling the selector to match the theme. @cameronoelsen thoughts?
