Captioning Process #10

Community calls need captioning! This could be for the real-time calls and/or the recordings. At the very least, I would like a transcript for recordings.

February 2021 is the first community call (that I'm aware of) with captioning for the recording. I definitely have some questions around this process and how it might be streamlined, but I wanted to note the beginning. Recording on youtube here.
