Update the project URL #194

Currently clicking on the "Homepage" on PyPI redirects to https://jupyter.org:

This PR updates the URL so it points to the repo instead.

Looks like the CI failures are not related and being investigated in https://github.com/jupyter/nbclassic/pull/193
