This is probably only relevant to the LaTeX exporter but we should be able to specify the name of a bibliography using traitlets to make this substantially more user friendly a feature than it currently is.

Basically, someone shouldn't have to write a template just to get a bibliography, a command line argument should do.

I'll remove it, it's more complicated than I thought it would be.
