Follow up https://github.com/jupyter/nbgrader/pull/1875 to change the plugin IDs and to install the labextension in the correct directory ('@jupyter/nbgrader). This change is required to use the schema files (settings), i.e. https://github.com/jupyter/nbgrader/pull/1859
