Pleasse help /my kernel is always showing busy ..and i am not able to see output i am a complete newbie -- so kindly request to be elaborate while explaining the solution as i am complete new to python Have installed Python 3.7 for self learning on Windows 7

By the way i did the below things downgraged tornado restarted the kernel tried most iof the things mentioned here

but no results
