I dont' have sub-menu "Save and export notebook as" #7502

Hi,

I had it during a time and now it disappears on all navigator. I don't see it even on your try version. With new release of navigator, it seems to have an impact.

Thank you for opening this issue @skalchimister! It looks like this was previously reported in https://github.com/jupyter/notebook/issues/7121, and there is a potential work-around reported in https://github.com/jupyter/notebook/issues/7121#issuecomment-1958788010. If you are able to try this work-around and share your updates in the #7121 we can keep the conversation going there! I'll close this issue in favor of that one.

Note: Also adding here https://github.com/jupyterlab/jupyterlab/issues/11687, which considers removing the menu option.
