incorrect parsing of scipy.optimize._minimize:minimize #376

All the methods in this block appear as a blockquote.

 method : str or callable, optional
        Type of solver.  Should be one of

This is wrong at SciPy (they are a blockquote as they are over-indented), I am submitting a PR to fix it.
