@ellisonbg @jasongrout @Carreau @gnestor : please comment on the proposed agenda for Friday's project management tools tutorial below. Is there enough time provided for your section? Can you add more detail to your section? Note, with the Q&A, I'm envisioning a more interactive format this round with Q&A after each tutorial so that participants can ask questions directly after sections while the info is still fresh in their minds. I can serve as the timekeeper to keep the overall session on track. If we get into a juicy discussion and need to move on to the next talk, let's commit to picking up the discussion during the general Q&A.
Draft Agenda [15 min] Overview and the state of Jupyter project management tools (Jamie) [15 min] Issue labeling & metrics (Brian & Jason) [10 min] Issue labeling Q&A
[15 min] GitHub Projects (Grant & Jamie) [10 min] Q&A
[15 min] MeeSeeks bot (Matthias) [10 min] MeeSeeks Discussion
[20 min] Overall Discussion and Q&A (All)
LGTM.
Sounds great!

@ellisonbg The open source project Grimoire Lab was mentioned by some folks at GitHub last week. Cauldron.io does dashboarding of GitHub info see JupyterHub here. More examples.
@ellisonbg - on the call today, we talked about you and I talking about our JLab label taxonomy, why we made the decisions we made, and the visualizations you made about the issues. Also, it would be great if you could talk a bit about generalizing the label taxonomy for the notebook. And it would be great to get feedback from the group, so it would be a great opportunity to bring up any questions or challenges we still face with the taxonomy.
CC @blink1073 and @afshin for comments on the JLab label taxonomy too.
@ellisonbg @jasongrout @Carreau @gnestor : we'll do much of the planning and preparation for the tutorial in this issue. Here's an example from the JHub tutorial: https://github.com/jupyter/project-mgt/issues/10
