Try with explicit conpty backend #145

@andfoy, still not working with 2.0.4, ConPTY and windows-latest, I'm not sure what the issue could be, but we're fine for now using WinPTY

I can take a look at it later today. I think ConPTY support is important, since it provides better encoding support.
