Octave Kernel and Sagemath kernel #10

Hello I love using jupyter and design tray.jupyter is fantastic! you can add the octave kernel, sagemath kernel and maxima kernel to the project?

As written on in the readme at the root of the repo, feel free to submit a PR to the docker images !

@Carreau please could you tell me more about how to add the Octave kernel? I'm newbie in Docker but I use Ubuntu and I know how to setup the Octave through terminal using apt-get etc. Docker docs say that I should change the Dockerfile. Am I on the right way?
