Really big images #146

We have some really big images on the website. Surely some of these can be resized to conserve bandwidth. Sizes below are in KB.

Actually, it looks like the build downsizes images. For example, the pyladies hamburg image size is cut in half, and many of the images are shrunk quite a bit more.
