Update sprint submission deadline #177

Let's wait for the ticket and the tweets to be ready before the deployment (cc @captainsafia)

It probably doesn't hurt to deploy silently, even before the other things are ready? That way people checking will know they can still submit?

Sure, works for me. But a little thing, does it make sense to maybe add a paragraph to the sprint website, related to getting the "0 USD" ticket, or something related to "Everyone can join for free" sort of thing? (CC @labarba )

@jasongrout Jim already updated the tickets for on eventbrite, so I guess we can merge this change, the tweets can come during the week :)
