Add information about the JupyterHub setup to the Speaker Guide

So the information about resources such as CPU and RAM would be available and more discoverable.

Here is the per user basic information we can add:

For users on normal servers:

• 1 CPU
• 2 GB

For users on GPU tutorials:

• 1 GPU per user (Tesla V100 16 GB)
• 8 CPU
• 45 GB
