We need to publicly document the infrastructure for those to may be coming to this project new. It was suggested to use myst or jupyterbook and to link to existing documentation wherever possible.

@maryamv I've created some initial documentation within a MyST project. Can you please create a software-documentation repository within the jupyterhealth org?

I could upload it to my personal org, but the docs should probably have the same privacy settings as jupyter-health-software itself, which is still private.
