Cluster job running... waiting to connect #221

Bug description

are there any other things except those described here to debug a networking issue with batchspawner?

The server is accessible and Slurm job is running. I see no errors/warnings in the jupyterhub server or in slurm-output.log.

All required ports are open (8000, 8081) but still see Cluster job running... waiting to connect.

Any suggestions?
