Feature Request: Shareable HTML export of notebook #16

What I'd like to do is to be able to do is to email/IM colleagues a url which will point to an HTML (nbconvert) export of one of my notebooks. Other features which would be nice to have:

A download button which copied the notebook to the users Jupyter Home folder
Select which users have access to the url
