Socket conflict in `/tmp/.X11-unix` in multi-user filesystems

Bug description

Expected behaviour

Users start a jupyterhub session on cluster nodes and open VNC Desktop.

Actual behaviour

This does not always work due to conflicts when users are on the same node.

• vncserver always try to connect to display 1 even not mentioned in __init__.py
• conflicts in /tmp/.X11-unix

vncserver is running:

vncserver -list

TurboVNC sessions:

X DISPLAY #     PROCESS ID      NOVNC PROCESS ID
:1              2003660

If an another user wants to start a VNC Desktop on the same node it will not work.
