Privacy Policy for mybinder.org #142

Given that it seems a docker container is made based off a git repository, I would imagine that docker container and associated data is transmitted and stored somewhere other than GitHub. Is there a privacy policy for the mybinder.org service that indicates for how long, what safe guards are applied, etc? If not, would you be open to suggestions for making one?

That would be welcome.

So far text related to privacy is here: https://mybinder.readthedocs.io/en/latest/faq.html#how-does-mybinder-org-ensure-user-privacy which we could build on.

We only use public repositories as source, this means material that isn't public should not find its way into mybinder.org's cache of docker images. There is currently no formal/official instructions on what to do if non-public data accidentally gets placed in a Git repository and then built into an image on mybinder.org.
