doc content outdated: tag seems can be latest #245

In https://mybinder.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorials/dockerfile.html#preparing-your-dockerfile

When sourcing a pre-existing Docker image with FROM, a tag is required. The tag cannot be latest.

But when I use https://mybinder.org/v2/gh/gibiansky/IHaskell/mybinder from https://github.com/gibiansky/IHaskell/blob/mybinder/Dockerfile , its tag is latest.
