This PR does two major things:

Turns the support page into more button-style calls to action, to make them more noticeable, glanceable, and hopefully clickable.
Overhauls our "about" page to have content nested under semantic categories rather than one generic "FAQ" style page. This was added in-part because there was some confusion in the NumFocus slack about "who was behind mybinder.org" so this disambiguates

In general, this should hopefully make things clearer and easier to navigate.

ok this now has a "Support Binder" button similar to what @manics put together on mybinder.org!

OK I'm gonna merge this one in, but also happy to keep iterating on more PRs if people have further suggestions!
