JupyterCon tutorial outline #48

@willingc @consideRatio I've started a hackmd to outline our JupyterCon tutorial. Let's give a breakdown of what we want to accomplish, and then set some rough timings so we can prepare materials and do test runs.

Hey all - I'm sad that I won't be there! But just as a reminder, @aculich @jzf2101 and I put together this day-long JupyterHub tutorial:
