Installation Error #603

Bug description

TLJH installation process on a local server returns: "unable to execute 'x86_64-conda_cos6-linux-gnu-gcc': No such file or directory"

Received when executing: curl -L https://tljh.jupyter.org/bootstrap.py | sudo -E python3 - --admin

There is too little context is provided for me to try figure out of this is an error that we can fix within TLJH, or if there was a network issue or similar. I'll go for a close at this point in time, sorry for the late response!
