Add scale attribute to button, combobox and select #102

This will help to adapt the toolkit to JupyterLab.

It adds a new attribute scale that can take values among 'xsmall' | 'small' | 'medium' | 'large' | 'xlarge' to scale a component locally independently of the global theme density (it has the same effect).
