Fix treeview glitches #109

Bugs fixed:

Bug 1: The first level of tree items are not always flagged as nested correctly leading to poor styling (they are too much align on the right). Bug 2: The positioning of the tree item collapse button and its size are not linked. This induces a overlap of the button with the tree item content very visible on hover.
