Migrate shortcut selectors for JupyterLab 4.1+ #135

Fixes #134

Note that since https://github.com/jupyterlab/jupyterlab/pull/15762 will fix the transparent substitution of shortcut selectors, this PR could be merged later if we wants to cut a final release supporting JupyterLab 4.0 (it could include https://github.com/jupyterlab-contrib/jupyterlab-vim/pull/133 which needs review and https://github.com/jupyterlab-contrib/jupyterlab-vim/pull/128).

Sorry i missed #133 grad school has really been consuming all my time :(

I like the idea of reviewing those and making a final 4.0 release
