Description

4min42s startup time on a Centos7.9.2009 machine.

Reproduce

Clean install on Centos7.9.2009 machine. No internet connectivity on machine. Open app. Brew Coffee. Wait. Use App.

strace -o jupyterlab_app.strace -tt /opt/JupyterLab/jupyterlab_app

Expected behavior

App opens in a reasonable amount of time

Context

Operating System and version: CentOS 7.9.2009
JupyterLab-Desktop version: 3.1.12-2
Installer: .rpm
