Download Icon not visible on dark theme #175

Reproduce

open a .tex document
open the preview
change the jupyterlab theme to JupyterLab Dark
can't see the download icon

Expected behavior

be able to see the download icon

Operating System and version:
Browser and version: linux/chromium 91
JupyterLab version: 3.0.16

Design Ideas

use the LabIcon system
add some jp-icon-color0 classes to svg
remove dark/light suffixes
