Improve user documentation #36

The README doesn't have much information about the current state of the project or any user facing documentation that shows how it works.

We could show these user stories:

Expand datasets.yml in browser, find dataset, see metadata about it
Export json LD from notebook about file that was saved from notebook, like in https://github.com/jupytercalpoly/rich-context-demo/blob/master/Saving%20Metadata.ipynb
Save metadata along with about pandas dataframe in notebook (will fix https://github.com/jupyterlab/jupyterlab-metadata-service/issues/10)
