How DockPanel set relative sizes? #677

Hi,

SplitPanel has setRelativeSizes() method, I can set splitPanel.setRelativeSizes([0.2, 0.6, 0.2]) to layout it.

But, setRelativeSizes() method not found in DockPanel， how to set relative sizes on DockPanel?

Something like:

let myDockpanel = new DockPanel();
myDockpanel.addWidget(widget, {ref: 'tab-after',  size: 0.2 })
