Demo notebook is misleading #1

The demo notebook is misleading - when I tried running the demo locally at least, there is a lot of whitespace at the top of the notebook that makes it look like the page is blank (and broken....)

Are the line breaks in the notebook for a reason?

They were added for presentation purposes, to leave some space between the cells when going through the notebook over a video call.

Happy to remove them, or at least the top one.
