give micromamba priority since with microma https://github.com/mamba-org/mamba/issues/3291#issuecomment-2113379335 does not happen

The readthedocs failure happens on main too. Probably due to the latest jupyterlite-sphinx release. Let's merge and iterate. Thanks!
