FlexVer updating #52

Sometimes the date published is not reliable because a file could be released with a delay.

Being able to switch between updating based on the date published and FlexVer parsing of file names would be cool.

It's useful since some projects were uploaded the latest version earlier when migration from another platform. https://modrinth.com/mod/better-compatibility-checker/versions?g=1.20.1 There are some projects has the same version number but not actually the same https://modrinth.com/mod/shield-overhaul/versions Sort by date first and version then.
