sddm Illya Dance Theme - Need new layout #1

Remake the icons and login back panel. Make some icons for user and password lines. Reorganize said resources into some nicer placements: username password session | reboot | shutdown

Split issue into current issue and issue #3 in order to close separately. Layout was rearrange to a central login box inspired by the Elarun sddm theme.
