Not working on items that are contenteditable="true" #13

I'm trying the context menu on a TinyMCE instance but it's not working.

Maybe is not supported using this extension inside an element that is contenteditable ?

Might be more to this than just contenteditable. If I see correctly TinyMCE is inside an iframe, and also has its own context menu. I will see what I can do.
