Current Behavior

This one is a hard one for me to pin down.

Sometimes it happens on playback end, sometimes it happens on kodi start up.

So as you will see in the pics below, sometime the blur just shows as black,

Expected Behavior

Blur to be consistent.

Steps To Reproduce

Hard to reproduce.

So the above shows, I have blur on etc, and that it does not happen to all movies.

This is fake blur above

This is now real blur again after I go back into settings and change it again.
