:bug: Submenu widgets not loading until parent category focused

Current Behavior

This use to happen a while back and was fixed, but seems to have stopped again. I have a Titles category in my TV shows and Movies side items with the Submenu for A-C, D-G etc as Submenu to display as widgets, but in version 0.6.31 the first Submenu widgets of A-C does not display until I have navigated to the Titles category.

Expected Behavior

The first A-C Submenu widgets should load as it was previously.

Steps To Reproduce

Have a category setup with the hub titles playlist used as Submenu. Navigate to the sidemenu item that you have added that in and you will see that you need to navigate to the parent category to have the widget display.

I have a feeling that this commit also fixes this issue: https://github.com/jurialmunkey/skin.arctic.fuse/commit/aae8d25c9024cf0a6dac97ff94aad0e08402b2b0

At least it appears to be working correctly for me as I switch through the sidemenu items using latest master.

Can you let me know after the next update if it is still occurring?
