[Request/Bug] - Add album artwork fallback in visualisation #299

Hey, I've noticed that when the song changes and the next song does not have any album artwork in my library, it keeps the artwork of the previous album up instead of changing to a placeholder.

The image below shows this, I was listening to a song on Vacation in Hell by Flatbush Zombies - which is the artwork in the image - and once the next song, This Way by Dilated Peoples, started the artwork remained from the song before. I checked my library and this song does not have any artwork for it which led me to believe that this is what the issue is.

It would be great if there was a default placeholder which was used, for example:

Or if it maybe scraped the artwork, or even an image of the artist, itself?

I'll try and look at this issue soon (just busy)!

The issue is that without a fallback Kodi just keeps the last loaded texture in the image control - so definitely needs a fallback of some sort when there's no cover art available.
