I just tried the addon on a fresh installed Kodi 19, both on a Nvidia Shield and a MacBook pro, and it just shows a blank screen after opening it. I run the same test using the Estuary skin and it worked so it seems like something with Arctic Horizon.
I checked the logs (not in DEBUG mode by the way) to check for any errors but I couldn't find anything special there.
I tried creating some widgets and the skin is able to get the elements from the addon through the widgets screen. It is even able to load these widgets but then it also fails (shows nothing) when opening any of them.
The addon can be found here https://catch-up-tv-and-more.github.io/. The addon just aggregates live channels and catch up TV shows from different countries that are available for free (so nothing pirate here).
It has a stable and a beta repository (the one that works with Matrix is the Krypton one) and, based on comments on some of the issues I found in their repo, it seems like the addon is working in general for people using Kodi 19.
