This is a working WIP for Ideal 3.3.1 based on the gist provided by @juriansluiman
There might be some cleanup needed of interfaces but the module works.
A major difference is that the merchantId and subID are now injected via the service-manager
An old version of the xmlseclibs.php is included

Add certificates for ABN (rabo is already included)
